About the Therapist
Clinical depth. Human warmth.
Wansley Harrison, LCSW, CSW-G, has built a career around helping people feel understood, capable, and supported through change.

Owner & clinical social worker
Care shaped by experience and genuine regard.
Wansley’s approach is client-centered, strength-based, and collaborative. It begins with listening closely to the person, not reducing them to a problem to solve.
Originally from Georgia, Wansley relocated to Fort Smith in 2012. Her work has included geriatric, adult, adolescent, and children’s populations, giving her a grounded understanding of how health, relationships, identity, and life stage intersect.
“People deserve room to be honest about where they are and support in moving toward where they want to be.”
Experience
A career built across the continuum of care.
Clinical training, integrated care, public service, and private practice each inform the calm, practical support clients receive today.
A foundation in social work
After earning her Bachelor of Social Work from Savannah State University in 2011, Wansley completed the Advanced Standing Master of Social Work program at the University of South Carolina in 2012.
Care across settings
Her experience spans an independent mental health hospital, a geriatric psychiatry unit, integrated behavioral health across primary care clinics, and Primary Care Mental Health with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
A practice of her own
W.M. Health and Wellness brings that breadth of experience into focused, personal care for adults, older adults, caregivers, professionals, and organizations.
Beyond the office
A full life informs the work.
Community engagement, concerts and sporting events, reading, travel, fitness, and time outdoors keep curiosity and joy close at hand. Above all, Wansley finds fulfillment in empowering, encouraging, and supporting people as they realize their potential.
