This platform collects only information needed to respond to general inquiries, administer invited accounts, and schedule appointments. It is not a medical-record system and does not store psychotherapy notes, diagnoses, medications, clinical assessments, or insurance claims.
Notice of Privacy Practices
The practice maintains a separate Notice of Privacy Practices describing permitted uses and disclosures of protected health information, individual rights, and the practice’s legal duties. During the staged transition, the currently approved notice remains available on the existing website.

Security and retention
Administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect account and scheduling information. Information is retained only for its intended operational or legal purpose. Access is role-restricted and important changes are audited.
