Counseling services
What services do you offer?
Consulting, clinical supervision, outpatient psychotherapy, and supportive counseling. Counseling may address emotional support, stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, communication, relationships, identity and purpose, caregiver stress, aging-related transitions, emotional regulation, and outpatient, non-crisis trauma processing.
Who do you work with?
Adults age 21 and older, including older adults and caregivers experiencing emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
What is your therapeutic approach?
Client-centered, strength-based, and collaborative, integrating evidence-informed modalities tailored to each client’s goals, values, and individual needs.
What services are not provided?
Medical care, forensic evaluations, neuropsychological testing, inpatient services, court-ordered evaluations, or legal, financial, or medical decision-making guidance are not provided.
Consulting & professional services
What consulting services do you offer?
Mental-health-informed consulting for organizations, agencies, and groups. Engagements may include program development, staff training, wellness strategy design, and guidance for supporting older adults and caregivers.
Is consulting the same as therapy?
No. Consulting is educational and advisory and does not involve psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment of individuals.
Do you provide Arkansas social work supervision?
Yes. Clinical supervision is available for LMSW professionals pursuing LCSW licensure in Arkansas when needs align with Wansley’s competence and availability.
What speaking engagements are available?
Customized keynotes, workshops, trainings, panels, and webinars for professional organizations, conferences, community groups, caregiver networks, healthcare teams, and educational institutions.
Getting started, fees & access
How do I schedule an appointment?
Start by requesting a 15-minute consultation through the contact form, emailing wansley@wmhealthwell.com, or calling (479) 274-8847. After your consultation, Wansley will send an email from SimplePractice to set up your client portal access. Current clients can use their SimplePractice portal for appointments.
Do you offer a consultation?
A brief 15-minute consultation may be available to determine goodness of fit and answer general questions.
Do you accept insurance?
W.M. Health and Wellness accepts private pay and is in-network with select plans. Superbills may be available upon request. Coverage must be verified directly with your insurance provider.
What are the session fees?
Fees vary by service type and length. Current rates are available upon request.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, credit or debit cards, and electronic payments. Payment is due at the time of service.
Telehealth & practice policies
Are telehealth sessions available?
Yes. Secure telehealth sessions are available for clients located in states where Wansley is licensed.
Are in-person sessions available?
Yes, at 5101 Old Greenwood Road, Suite 105, Fort Smith, AR 72903.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are charged the full session fee of $160. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may lose session time.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, with limited exceptions required by law, including risk of harm, suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult, and legal mandates such as court orders or subpoenas.
Do you provide crisis services?
No. Emergency and 24/7 crisis services are not provided. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or your local crisis line.
